This week started with an Easter celebration in Godly Play. The children had Easter cake, stories and crafts, and an Alleluia Hunt! It was a special way to remember the true meaning of Easter.
Our classroom theme was pets. We discussed how to take care of our pets and what they need to live and grow. The students shared photos of their pets for pet show and tell. They did a great job presenting their animals to their classmates. The children each painted a Pet Portrait and we graphed our favorite pets. The dramatic play center was a veterinary office this week with pet x-rays and props. Our letter was Xx. We had a fun week!
