We learned all about land transportation this week. The children enjoyed exploring the transportation theme during center time. They built roads and subway stations in the block center, played bus stop in dramatic play, drove cars through shaving cream "snow" in the sensory table, and built transportation themed puzzles. We studied the letter Rr this week, and explored shapes in transportation. Since it was so cold we did not get many opportunities to play outside. However, we had fun playing games like "freeze dance", "the fox and the rabbit", and "hula hoop jump" indoors. Enjoy the photos from this week!
